Best salon experience I’ve ever had! Lucy and the other lovely stylist with red hair were incredibly knowledgeable, kind and respectful throughout the entire appointment. They listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered the exact colour I asked for while maintaining the health and integrity of my hair. They fully respected my wishes and nothing was pushed or forced on me, and there was absolutely no pressure to have a haircut or additional treatments. I arrived feeling nervous, but they made me feel so at ease: they were reassuring, attentive and never judgemental. The whole day felt calm and considered and it was clear that my hair was being handled with genuine care and expertise. I left with hair that looks healthier, more even in colour and exactly how I hoped it would be. I could not recommend them more highly!

I’m writing this review about a month and a half after my appointment, and the results are still beautiful. I came in with hair that had previously been coloured at a different salon, with noticeable regrowth including my natural colour and some grey hair. Charlie did a full head of highlights and did an excellent job blending the colour from the roots, creating a very natural result that matches my base colour really well. There’s no harsh contrast, just a soft, luminous and natural-looking finish, exactly what I had asked for. It was a detailed and substantial piece of work, and it was done with great care and professionalism. Charlie was very professional and kind throughout the appointment, and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend her and the salon.

🌟 5 Stars – Absolutely Incredible Experience! I had a balayage, root colour, and toner (a gorgeous caramel brown with a hint of copper) done by Lucy , and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, Lucy was the definition of professional. Her skills are absolutely amazing, and she truly goes above and beyond to make sure every client walks out of the salon feeling confident and smiling. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered the perfect finish. The colour is beautiful, dimensional, and so flattering I’m in love with it! What really blew me away is how she managed to transform my hair. It was extremely bleach-damaged, dry, and breaking but somehow, Lucy worked her magic and brought it back to life. It looks and feels healthy again! She also creates such a warm, welcoming atmosphere the whole experience was 10x better just because of her energy and passion for what she does. Highly, highly recommend Lucy to anyone looking for real expertise, care, and a truly transformative hair experience. 💇🏽‍♀️✨

I had a great experience at the Salon. The stylist , Brooke, was professional, attentive, and did a fantastic job. I absolutely love my hair and will definitely be coming back!
